QUALIFICATIONS:               High school diploma or G.E.D. Successful experience working

                                            with children preferred.

REPORTS TO:                       Director

JOB GOAL:                           Assists the school bus driver in maintaining discipline while

                                            bus is in operation; assists student loading, unloading and 

                                            seating arrangements as required
